These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CPL Cleaning LLC (“CPL Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
CPL Cleaning provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, new construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning services within Wisconsin and Illinois. Specific scope of service is confirmed with each client at the time of estimate or consultation.
Consultations & Scheduling
- An initial consultation may be scheduled through our website’s booking system. A consultation is not a cleaning appointment — it is a free, in-person or virtual visit to assess the space and provide an estimate.
- Cleaning appointments are scheduled separately following an accepted estimate.
- Appointment reminders, including policy notices, are sent by email prior to scheduled visits.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to show up for a scheduled consultation without prior notice, CPL Cleaning reserves the right to decline to reschedule or provide further service. We ask that clients provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information and property condition assessed at the time of the consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was assessed (for example, unexpected property condition discovered on the day of service).
Client Responsibilities
To help us provide safe and effective service, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and scope of work requested
- Ensure reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
- Disclose any known hazards, pets, or special considerations in advance
Cancellations
We ask for advance notice of cancellations for scheduled cleaning appointments. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Limitation of Liability
CPL Cleaning takes reasonable care in performing all services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, CPL Cleaning is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear to the property
- Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client about the property
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Wisconsin law.
Photos & Testimonials
With client permission, CPL Cleaning may use photos, testimonials, or project descriptions for marketing purposes, including on this website and social media. We do not use identifying details from a client’s project without appropriate consent.
Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. CPL Cleaning makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but does not guarantee that all content is free of errors.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
